If your backpack arrives with a defect or the wrong customization (e.g., incorrect logo or missing "Competition Team" text), we will gladly exchange it.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your backpack.

The backpack must be unused and in its original condition.

Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
