If we made a mistake in the customization (wrong name, title, or logo placement), we will gladly accept an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your jacket.
- Jackets must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Include a detailed explanation of the error and proof of purchase.
2. Sizing Exchanges
If the jacket size does not fit as expected, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The jacket must be unworn and unwashed.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect name, title, or details provided by the buyer.
- Add-ons like rhinestones, team stones, or specific customizations that are not due to our error.
4. Exchange Process
