1. Customization Errors
If there’s an error in the customization (wrong name or logo placement), we are happy to accept an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your jersey.
- The jersey must be unworn and in original condition.
- Provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the error.
2. Sizing Exchanges
If your jersey doesn't fit, we offer a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The jersey must be unworn and unwashed.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our jerseys, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect name or details provided by the buyer.
- Custom additions that are not related to errors on our part.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Email us at [email] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
- Upon approval, return the item within 7 days of receiving the approval.
- We’ll process your exchange within 10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned jersey.
