Performance Lab is a specialized training class designed for competition dancers who want to strengthen their performance quality, technique, and versatility. This class focuses on polishing routines, refining execution, and developing the confidence needed to perform at a high level on stage. Students will work on: Performance quality and stage presence Facial expressions and emotional connection Precision, synchronization, and timing Technique refinement across multiple dance styles Conditioning, flexibility, and stamina Competition choreography, cleaning, and performance readiness
