Jazz 2 is designed for dancers who are ready to expand their technical skills and performance ability through more challenging jazz technique and choreography. This class emphasizes precision, strength, flexibility, and artistry while preparing dancers for higher-level training. Students will learn: Intermediate jazz technique and terminology Stronger turns, jumps, kicks, and leaps Flexibility, balance, and body control Musicality, performance quality, and expression Across-the-floor progressions and technical combinations Dynamic choreography with increased complexity
