Volunteer Roles for Tomorrow:
Ticket Sales (10:30–11:15 AM)

Concessions (10:30 AM–12:30 PM)

Notes for Set-Up Crew:
I will be arriving at the venue by 10:00 AM.
If any of you are able to arrive earlier than 10:30 AM, that would be extremely helpful so we can have everything ready before dancers arrive.
Additional Needs:
• I will need a few volunteers from the set-up crew to assist with ticket check-in.
• We also need one additional volunteer to help Nicole at concessions so she isn’t alone.
Please reply in this thread if you’re able to arrive earlier or if you can help with tickets or concessions.
I have also attached a pdf of some of the tasks for each volunteer section to help get everyone on the same page for tomorrow. Please let me know if you have any questions.
